Develop a Group Charter based on the template below. You can modify the template to meet your group’s needs. The components that must be present are:
- Communication table/ portion
- Role distribution table with the role definitions and expectations
- Conflict resolution process (HINT: do not state something like: “We are adults and we will respect each other time and will contribute equally and on time” or “We will involve the faculty to mediate among us”). Be specific by identifying the conflict resolution framework, documentation, and penalties in case no resolution is met.
