Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills to effectively manage health care projects and teams.
Develop a Group Charter based on the template below. You can modify the template to meet your group’s needs. The components that must be present are:

2. Role distribution table with the role definitions and expectations
3. Conflict resolution process (HINT: do not state something like: “We are adults and we will respect each other time and will contribute equally and on time” or “We will involve the faculty to mediate among us”).
