Identify three health care information systems tools or informatics tools that are currently being utilized to engage patients in their health care (hopefully with the intention to improve patient outcomes). Discuss how these tools are engaging patients and improving patient outcomes. Also, discuss how we can include more patients in the utilization of these tools
