Please answer 1 of the following questions in the discussion forum. Please comment on at least one other person’s post. As part of your evaluation, you are expected to incorporate the week’s readings into your responses.
• Choose any one of the case studies presented in the module and discuss whether you agree or disagree with the decision of the parties involved and why.
• Consider the policy of multiculturalism and its many critics. Do you agree with the national unity or social structure proponents? Why?
• Discuss some of the problems with our current human rights legislation. Is it too far-reaching or too lax?
