Scenario You are an operations management consultant who has been asked to critically analyse the operations function in a well-known company. The aim of the report is to assist the senior management, better understand their operations strategy and help them develop a strategic plan for the future. Your Task Given the above information, you are asked to produce a report as follows: You should choose a suitable company in either the manufacturing or service sector. The company should be one that is well known to you or one that can be researched in some depth.
