Population control policy

Talk about the population policy in China (1 kid per family) and how now the government is paying families to have kids because the population is going down. or talk about any other population policy you are comfortable with there's some in the middle east (I'm from there if that helps) or I think there's one in Brazil where the government pays ppl to have abortions/vasectomy but whatever your comfortable with is fine with me
