You work for a local hospital in the Process Improvement office as a business analyst. You have been asked to work on a new process improvement initiative. Lastly the healthcare practitioners are unsure how to present the found information in a way that is easy to understand.
Your manager has asked you to investigate information seeking behavior in healthcare then translate it into an actionable plan to assist the organization in improving the process at your organization.
