This module is about understanding the difference between leadership and management. Leadership requires choosing an end result after careful review of alternative endings, that you believe will be most optimum for you, your family, your business/organization. Once you have carefully chosen the vision, you would than apply management principles of benchmarks, time, tool and asset management techniques to ensure that the vision can be realized.
