Leadership Interview

Leadership Interview You will be required to interview a public or private human services organization leader regarding regulations with which their organization must comply. Develop a minimum of six questions that they will use in the interview, conduct the interview, transcribe the responses and then provide a summary and reflection. The deliverables for this assignment will include the following: 1. A list of the six or more questions the leader was asked and any follow-up questions that were asked. 2. A Summary of the responses. 3. An analysis and reflection of the responses that includes your insights and understanding of the interview and how he/she use this insight in a future leadership role. The paper should be 4 to 5 pages excluding your list of questions, title page and reference list. It should be supported with a minimum of 3 references.
