Katrina Robinson Project Planning From the previous project involving the planning for birthday party, this project breaks down the plan of the work involved, into simple realistic tasks. The working period allowed is two months between End of December 2014 to End of February 2015. The schedule is broken down into 8 weeks. Budget Breakdown The project plans for the financial budget implementation. The total expenditure for the birthday is expected to be US$ 500. Figure 1: Bar Chart for the Analysis of budget Allocation The highest cost was experienced in the purchase of food followed by the cost of hiring and constructing tents.
