Companies like Ford, 3M, and General Electric are collaborating to produce hundreds of thousands of ventilators, respirators, and personal protective equipment at light speed. Do large businesses with the resources to do so have an obligation to engage in these types of activities to support their customers during an emergency? Why or why not?
