This assignment will assess your ability to “articulate the value of a diverse and global perspective.” You will produce a 3 to 5 minute video (please help me to write note for the powerpoint, then I will read it to record for the video) documenting your personal encounter with some aspect of an alien culture. The encounter may be positive or negative and may focus on any aspect of the alien culture, such as a custom, food, art, entertainment, or landscape. Your encounter may be direct or by way of media.
