turnover, work authorizations for new employees, managers need to communicate more with sharing employees across different locations, dental/vision/life do not have an EDI file feed to make sure all new enrollees for benefits are getting enrolled on-time and correctly, Payroll system discrepancies- the need for a better system that will integrate with Toast (POS), manager/employee training platforms for both Spanish and English speaking, and better applicant tracking system. Current wants/ideas: employee relations ideas to promote employee morale, monthly budget to display employee of the month or birthdays, best way to monitor safety protocols for all locations regarding workers comp or liability cases.
