Pick an identity group other than your own (a different race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.). Describe at least one example of a negative experience or interaction you believe you could encounter at work as part of this group. What policies or strategies could an organization implement to prevent those negative experiences from occurring? Describe some potential challenges to the approaches you suggested.
