You are assigned to create a video that will supplement the COO’s written announcement (see below) that was ent to employees the day before. Create a 2 minute video with no more than 5 slides basing your presentation on the information below. You can paraphrase but do not make up content that takes away from the facts. Although this message is informative, it may also be considered “bad news” as it effects employees on many levels. Your message must be clear but remember your tone is just as important as the message being delivered. Your voice should reflect a tone of empathy, goodwill and encouragement that this is just a temporary change.
